We're looking for a hands-on, reliable, proactive person to join our Maintenance team. If you enjoy varied work, take pride in presentation, and want to make a real difference for older members of our community, this role is for you.
What you'll do:
Routine inspections & responding to work orders
Lawn care, gardening, pruning & landscaping
Pressure washing & keeping outdoor areas tidy
Cleaning of maintenance areas & waste management
Collaborate with other departments
About you:
Experience in maintenance or a trade‐related role
Proactive, safety‐focused, and able to work independently
Able to prioritize works and follow schedules
Positive problem‐solving skills & attention to detail
Comfortable using hand & power tools
Physically fit and happy working indoors & outdoors
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident in using technology and basic computer skills
Driver's licence + Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Highly desirable
Test and Tag certification
Experience in Residential Aged Care or Retirement village
