About the role
At Irongroup Lawyers, we're a boutique law firm specialising in estate planning and business succession planning.
We are looking for a Legal Administration Officer to join our team and provide legal administration and reception support.
Based at 460 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, you'll be working in the heart of Melbourne's legal precinct, with easy access to public transport, cafés and everything the city has to offer.
You'll bring strong attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the confidence to manage competing priorities. You'll enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, while also being comfortable taking responsibility for your own work.
What you'll bring
At least 3 years' experience in legal administration or legal support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office




Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Confidence communicating with clients and third parties
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team
Experience with Actionstep or a similar legal practice management system
Experience with Xero
Experience with Infotrack, including AML onboarding
Experience with electronic probate filing
Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Mailchimp
Applicants must have the right to work in Australia. The successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Police Check prior to appointment.
