Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Part time Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team, working up to 28 hours per week across a varied roster, including:
Sunday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Monday: 8:00am - 5:00pm or 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Wednesday: 3:00pm - 10:00pm or 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday: 3:00pm - 10:0pm
We are also welcoming applications from Casual Pharmacy Assistants to provide additional support during the busy festive season.
Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional pharmacy experience.
In this role, you will:
Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.
Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.
Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries.
