Who we're looking for
We're looking for people who love hospitality and bring great energy to the floor.
You'll be a great fit if you:
Have previous restaurant or table service experience
Are friendly, confident and enjoy chatting with guests
Can manage a section and stay organised during busy service
Take pride in delivering great customer service
Are reliable, positive and work well in a team
Have an interest in food, wine and learning new things
Have flexibility to work evenings and weekends, particularly Fridays and Saturdays
Great food and wine knowledge is a bonus, but a great attitude is a must.
We don't expect you to know everything. We're happy to help the right person develop their skills, provided they bring enthusiasm, initiative and a genuine interest in hospitality.
