Elsevier Health in Brisbane is seeking an Academic Success Manager to drive customer retention, renewals and upsell opportunities across Queensland and WA.
You will build trusted relationships with universities and healthcare schools to promote adoption and demonstrate value of our education solutions.
You will lead onboarding, enable faculty, train staff, analyze usage data, and coordinate with Sales, Product and Support to secure long-term partnerships and successful outcomes.
