Physiotherapist – Mixed Caseload (Contracting Roles) Location: Campbelltown / South West Sydney, NSW Employment Type: Contract / Subcontracting
Experience: Current Graduates and Experienced Physiotherapists Welcome Join a Growing Allied Health Team We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join a supportive multidisciplinary allied health team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working with a mixed caseload and wants exposure to a variety of clients, presentations and clinical environments. You will have the opportunity to work with children, adolescents and adults , including people living with disability, participants funded through the NDIS, and clients requiring rehabilitation, mobility and functional support.

Paediatric physiotherapy
Adult physiotherapy NDIS participants
Neurological conditions
Musculoskeletal presentations Pain management
Mobility and functional rehabilitation
Injury rehabilitation Strength and conditioning Balance and falls prevention
Exercise prescription Mobility aid assessment and education Functional rehabilitation
Disability and complex support needs Aged care and community-based clients
You will develop personalised treatment programs designed to improve movement, function,



independence and quality of life .
Where You'll Work
Depending on client requirements, services may be delivered across:
Allied health clinics
Clients' homes
Community environments
This provides variety in your working week and allows you to develop your clinical skills across different environments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
Develop client-centred treatment and rehabilitation plans
Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions
Prescribe and progress individualised exercise programs
Address mobility, strength, balance and functional limitations
Provide education to clients, families and carers
Monitor and document client progress
Prepare clinical reports and relevant NDIS documentation
Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists and other professionals
Liaise with families, support coordinators, support workers and other stakeholders
Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary planning
Maintain high clinical, ethical and professional standards
About You
We are looking for a Physiotherapist who is:
AHPRA registered or eligible for registration
Passionate about person-centred care
Comfortable working with a varied caseload
