Egis in ANZ is seeking a technically solid IT skilled to advance into a leadership role as Technical Support Lead for Queensland. You will provide advanced Level 2 support, guide IT across Queensland offices, and serve as the key liaison between business teams and IT. Some travel between sites is required.
You will manage the Brisbane IT support, oversee ticketing and asset/licence metrics, and drive adoption of current technologies while mentoring a small team and coordinating across offices.
