Monash Health invites applications for a Registered Nurse to join the Geriatric Evaluation & Management (GEM) unit at Kingston Centre. This full time and/or part-time fixed-term role involves working across a 7-day rotating roster to support complex geriatric care.
You will contribute to discharge planning, wound care, continence and catheter management, and patient education, while upholding our iCare values and commitment to dignity and quality care.
