With a turnover of around $125m and 10 to 12 projects running at any one time, they specialise in education, heritage and civic projects from $10m to $50m.
They thrive on difficult builds: live operating environments, existing structures and sensitive heritage fabric.
About the Role You'll take the lead on site for a significant heritage redevelopment in Melbourne's inner South East, valued at approximately $40m.
It's a prominent, technically demanding project where quality of finish and a strong handover will define success.
You'll work alongside a dedicated Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Project Coordinator, with support from an experienced Project Construction Manager.
Key Responsibilities Lead all site operations from construction through to completion and handover Manage subcontractors, site teams and daily coordination across trades Drive the construction program and keep the project on track Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality and site presentation (HammerTech)
