The role As an Accounts Officer of a mid tier personal injuries law firm, you will report to the Practice Manager and 4 Directors.
Your responsibilities will include - payment of client disbursements and office expenses preparation of invoices management of trust account transactions payroll preparing and reconciling superannuation contributions payment of BAS end of month compliance and reconciliations recording journal entries credit card reconciliations proving Accountants with financial documentation maintaining records as a paperless office reporting including cashflow projection and spreadsheets preparation of policies and accounting procedure0 instructions/manuals Your experience You will have a minimum of 2 years accounts experience within a law firm of professional services background.
Trust accounting experience is also preferred.
The Law Firm / Salary Well established law firm with 25 staff across 3 offices.
Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $80,000 - $90,000 + Super).
1,2 days a week WFH options are available after probation.
