The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated Pharmacist to join our NSW Central Coast Slade Pharmacy team on a full-time contract to cover maternity leave.
In this role, you will be working shifts at Brisbane Waters Private Hospital and Gosford Private Hospital, which are located approximately 13 kilometres apart.
This role is ideal for pharmacists looking to transition into hospital pharmacy, as well as experienced hospital pharmacists seeking a recent environment and broader clinical exposure.

About the Role In this role, you'll work closely with doctors,



nurses and multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication management and support positive patient outcomes.
You'll gain exposure to a diverse range of clinical specialties while developing practical hospital pharmacy skills in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients Support patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines Review and completion of monthly reports Shift information This is a 12-month maximum-term contract role commencing in January ****.
North Gosford – Monday to Wednesday, 8.30am - 4.30pm.
Brisbane Waters – Thursday
