About the role We have an exciting opportunityfor Operations Officers to join our dynamic and growing team.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting PHI's commitment to delivering high‐quality service and driving continuous improvement across our operations.
You will contribute to the safe, productive, and timely dispatch and monitoring of scheduled flights, ensuring exceptional service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting to the Operations Centre Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and monitoring flight activities to ensure operational efficiency and overall success across the operation.
Responsibilities of the role include: Coordination of all scheduled and unscheduled flights.
