Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics position Current Forklift Licence Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel The ability to safely lift up to 20kg Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive, reliable, and team focused attitude Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time Load and unload deliveries, trucks, and shipping containers Process customer orders, freight bookings, invoicing, and related administration using internal systems Manage stock movements, inventory control, stock rotation (FIFO), and stocktakes Process returns, credit claims, and incoming deliveries Monitor warehouse supplies and maintain accurate inventory records Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight providers, and internal stakeholders regarding orders and deliveries Respond to customer enquiries and provide professional customer service via phone and email Maintain a clean, organised,



and safe warehouse environment Comply with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and reasonable operational directions Communication skills are just as important as your warehouse experience in this role.
While the position is primarily focused on warehouse operations, you will regularly interact with customers, suppliers, freight providers, and internal team members.
As such, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional and confident telephone manner, and the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
You will be customer focused, solutions oriented, and comfortable representing the business in a professional manner while delivering a high standard of service.
