A outstanding opportunity for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Handyman/Site Installer to join an established and growing business specialising in commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects.

Working across Brisbane and surrounding areas, you'll be involved in a variety of commercial projects across retail, hospitality, office and other commercial environments.

About You:
Previous experience in commercial maintenance, carpentry, shopfitting or a related trade.
Solid carpentry skills, with commercial shopfitting experience preferred. Certificate III in Carpentry or Shopfitting is highly regarded.




Current driver's licence.
Hands-on experience with commercial repairs, installations and fit-out works across retail, hospitality, office or other commercial environments.
Ability to work independently, coordinate site activities and manage multiple jobs effectively.

This role would suit a hands‑on trade professional who enjoys being on the tools but is also ready to take on greater responsibility for coordinating site activities and seeing maintenance jobs through to completion.

The Role:
Carry out commercial maintenance, general repairs, carpentry and shopfitting works.
Complete installations, repairs and minor fit-out projects across retail, hospitality and office environments.
Manage daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors or trades where required.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to organise work and resolve site issues.
Take ownership of assigned jobs, from assessing requirements and organising materials through to completion and reporting.
