About the role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our team at Bedingfield Park in Pinjarra.
This is a full time, permanent role.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-quality kitchen environments such as luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food in accordance with menus, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation at all times.
Prepare, cook, and serve food according to menus, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen in their absence.
Maintain HACCP procedures and practices.
Keep kitchen equipment and plant in positive condition.
Organize and implement food service.
Plan and implement daily food preparation lists for effective production.
Comply with all aspects of OH
