Job Description Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Oversight and coordination of Medilaw's accounts and future accounts.
Manage and nurture client relationships incorporating contract management; contract renewal, customer retention and business growth.
Overall responsibility for developing strategy and managing relationships with assigned customers including contract management and key internal and external stakeholder liaison.
Manage client concerns or complaints ensuring a consistent approach to resolutions and outcomes.
Ensure that operational delivery matches contracted requirements.
Lead a national strategy to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications To be considered for this role you will have: Client relationship management/business development management or related position.
Understanding of IME/ Medico Legal Services.
Experience preparing and submitting tenders.
Experience in marketing health services.
Degree or higher qualifications.
5 years' experience in Health, Financial or Service industry.
