TP Human Capital is recruiting for a local manufacturing business seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a CNC Machine Operator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with positive computer skills, a practical mindset and a willingness to learn.
Previous CNC experience is not essential – full training provided for the right person!
About the Role Learn to operate and program CNC and laser cutting machinery.
Use computer software to prepare cutting files and machine instructions.
Read and interpret drawings and job specifications.
Manufacture products using acrylic, PVC and other plastics.
Maintain quality standards and a safe, organised workshop.
About You Previous experience as a CNC Machinist (Desireable) Good computer skills and confidence learning new software.




Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Practical, hands-on approach with an interest in machinery.
Reliable, motivated and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and within a small team.
Current driver's licence (essential).
Forklift licence or manufacturing experience advantageous.
