Our Claims Specialists are responsible for having telephone and online based conversations with our members when they need us most.
We have a full time position available on a 12month Contract/Secondment basis.
We offer attractive working hours which is structured as follows: Week ********am – 3.30pm (West Perth Office based) Week ********am – 5.00pm (Working from home) On a daily basis you will be contributing by: Managing an individual caseload of claims through to finalisation Identify potential recovery action as part of effective claims management Review quotes and authorise repair costs Negotiate on settlements for claims Act as a technical referral point for internal teams Provide empathy, understanding whilst handling complex conversations Consistently provide service that exceeds member's expectations Identify continuous improvement initiatives What are we looking for?
