High Reach Forklift/Picker Own the safe, efficient flow of goods in a hands-on role that combines high reach forklift operation with active picking and light labour.
This position exists to keep product moving for our fencing and landscaping supply operations in Heathwood, and it suits someone who wants a long-term outcome with a clear casual-to-full time pathway.
Benefits Payrate of $41p/h Day shift only: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, (7.30am-4pm on Wednesday's with overtime when available) True hands-on split: approximately ***** forklift and labouring, so you stay active and engaged Local Heathwood site with a practical, straightforward operation where your reliability matters High reach focus with repeat order volume: you will be picking, staging, and operating consistently to meet daily dispatch needs Key Responsibilities Operate a high reach forklift to move stock safely around the warehouse Carry out picking and order replenishment to support dispatch priorities Complete the labouring component of the role, including repetitive physical tasks as required Assist with maintaining neat, organised staging areas for efficient workflows Follow work health and safety practices,
