High Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Operators

Action Workforce is currently seeking experienced High Reach/Counterbalance Operators to join our warehouse teams across the South Eastern suburbs. These are excellent opportunities for skilled operators looking for ongoing work in rapid-paced warehouse environments.

Monday to Friday availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Operating MHE safely and efficiently
Operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts
Loading and unloading trucks, containers and deliveries
Moving and storing pallets within the warehouse
Picking, packing and replenishing stock with the use of RF scanners
General warehouse duties as required

To Be Successful You Will Have
Valid LF licence and proven operating experience is essential!




Experience operating forklifts with Joystick and various attachments such as clamps, twin tynes, slipsheet equipment, and other specialised attachments is highly regarded
Robust commitment to workplace health and safety procedures and Traffic Management rules
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse workplace
Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential)
Full Australian work rights
