Collingwood Library is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join Yarra Libraries. You'll be on the library floor helping patrons access services, answer enquiries and provide basic technology support. This is a permanent, full time role at 35 hours per week with a 1 in 4 Saturday roster.
You will work with a small, community-focused team and contribute to welcoming spaces and reader services. Applicants should have excellent communication, rapport-building skills and a passion for reading.
