We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and feels confident managing reception independently, with training and support provided as needed.

What we're looking for:
2+ years of dental reception experience is preferred
Confidence in independently managing daily reception duties, with training provided where required
A warm, friendly and professional approach to patient care
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage appointments,



patient enquiries and administrative tasks
Confidence handling phone calls, billing, payments and patient records
Willingness to assist with chairside duties when required
Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
Reliability, initiative and a willingness to learn and grow
