Opportunity
An opportunity for a motivated and customer focused Parts Coordinator to join our Tom Price on an 8/6 FIFO roster.
Reporting to the Pilbara Manager you will be responsible for:
Providing service to both internal and external customers for parts enquiries and requirements
Interpreting customer's request and accurately identify and supply required parts
Sourcing parts from suppliers and internal networks as required
Generate and process parts invoices in a timely manner
Warehouse management and maintaining stock levels to support the Pilbara business needs
Coordinate and complete parts deliveries across the Pilbara region to support HCA service operations and customer needs
Updating and maintain computer records
Resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies
While an understanding of earthmoving/construction equipment would be a distinct advantage, to be successful you will need:
Previous experience in a Parts environment
A developed mechanical understanding
High level of computer literacyExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Forklift license




HR license would be of advantage
