At Coates Karratha, we're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who enjoys working with people and thrives as part of a close-knit team.
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll manage enquiries, coordinate equipment solutions and support the day-to-day operations of our branch. Working alongside a small team, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for customers while contributing to a supportive and collaborative workplace.
What you'll be doing
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
Manage customer enquiries and support requests through a shared inbox
Process hire documentation, quotations and customer requests
Coordinate equipment deliveries, pick-ups, transfers and servicing requirements
Build strong relationships with customers across a range of industries
Work closely with the branch team to deliver practical equipment solutions
Support the day-to-day running of a busy branch
Pitch in wherever needed to help customers and support the team
What you'll bring
Experience in customer service, administration, coordination or internal sales
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers both in person and over the phone
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy workplace




A proactive mindset and the ability to determine what needs immediate attention and what can wait
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using systems such as Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
