TTA is seeking the services of an early career performance analyst to join their Paralympic Program.Reporting directly to the General Manager - National Paralympic Program and the National PerformanceInsights & Technology Lead and working in close collaboration with the National Head Coach (Para),the National Athlete & Coach Development Manager (Para), State Para Hub Coaches and otherParalympic Performance Services Team members, the Performance Analyst will support the high performance pathway with a specific focus on supporting the tactical preparation and skill developmentof athletes in the lead up to and during the LA **** Paralympic Games.
The Performance Analyst will be responsible for collecting,



analysing and interpreting data to provideactionable insights aimed at improving athlete performance at international Para competitions,including the LA **** Paralympic Games.
This is an outstanding prospect for the right candidate to take Para High Performance table tennisin Australia to the next level.
A demonstrated ability to maximise limited resources, a willingness to goabove and beyond and the ability to communicate with a wide range of key stakeholders (athletes,coaches, and the Performance Services Team members.) is essential. See attached Job Description for further information.
