Job Description
Inventory and distribution management for hardware prototypes and commercial devices
Effectively communicate progress of tasks to multiple stakeholders
Work closely with Logistics team to coordinate device transfers
Work closely with the Operations Program Manager and program TPMs to support research
Work closely with procurement specialists to facilitate the procurement of additional commercial deviceson an as needed basis, based on inventory levels.
Conduct and maintain periodic inventories of all prototypes and commercial devices.
Perform firmware updates across hardware prototypes
Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience working in a similar coordinating role
Independent, driven, eager to learn, and share information with other team members
Experience using communication tools such as Outlook, Calendar, Office 365, Google suite
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Customer service mindset to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to solve problems
Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfullyunder pressure; proactive problem solver
Experience keeping project documents and document templates up-to-date; reviewing and presentingreports to management team




Interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with a broad range of technical staff
Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
Experience in maintaining a Hardware inventory tracking program
Experience using project management tools
Education: Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
