Doc Hughes Restaurant/Bar is a crowd favourite on the front beach in Torquay. We are seeking an experienced bar attendant to produce a wide variety of alcoholic drinks, pouring beer and wine, and mixing classic and custom cocktails.

Engaging patrons and reading the room
Managing bar stock

Producing a wide variety of alcoholic drinks
Pouring beer and wine
Mixing classic or custom cocktails
About you
Experienced bar attendant
Deeper mixology knowledge
Speed with cocktail techniques (shaking, stirring)
