Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated and reliable Assembly Workers to join our manufacturing team in a hands-on role building critical infrastructure that keeps essential facilities operating when power matters most.
About the Role
As an Assembly Worker, you will play a key role in the assembly and fit-out of generator enclosures and associated power generation equipment. Working closely with our fabrication, production and electrical teams, you will help deliver high-quality products that meet Drac's exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components and equipment to production specifications
Safely use hand and power tools
Interpret and follow assembly drawings, work instructions and production documentation
Install and fit mechanical hardware, components and accessories




Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process
Assist in meeting production schedules and team objectives
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production or a trade-related environment
Confidence using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
A commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Valuable time management and reliability
Highly Regarded
Experience in metal manufacturing, fabrication or industrial assembly
Mechanical aptitude
Forklift licence
Experience reading technical drawings
Experience working within a fast-paced production environment
