As an IT Support Engineer you will perform activities associated with installing, maintaining and servicing IT environments and computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop & laptop computers, printers, network devices and servers remotely or at customer locations.
This role is based at our Melbourne south-east office in Narre Warren (VIC ****) however you may at times have to travel to customer sites all across Melbourne & CBD. (radius of about *****km from the office)

In this position you will be expected to:
Deliver support for clients either remotely or onsite across Melbourne-metro
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems,



application software and system management tools
Resolve technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems.
Provide general IT advice to clients
Liaise with hardware vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and warranty claims.
The Successful Applicant will:
Have good English communication skills both in person and over the phone.
Have a minimum of 2 years technical experience working in a similar technical role.
Have at least 2-3years'experience supporting Windows Desktops.
Have a valid driver's license and the legal right to work in Australia.
