Job Description
M.J. Bale is looking for a driven Assistant Store Business Manager to help lead our Chadstone team.
About The Role
Working alongside the Store Business Manager, you'll help drive sales, develop the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Your Day Will Include
Leading from the floor and setting the standard for service
Driving individual and store sales targets
Coaching and motivating the team to perform at their best
Building strong relationships with new and returning customers
Supporting rostering, stock management and daily store operations
Maintaining high standards across presentation and visual merchandising




Stepping up to lead the store when the Store Business Manager is away

Retail leadership experience, ideally within fashion or premium retail
A strong sales record and confidence working towards targets
Natural leadership skills and the ability to get the best from a team
A genuine talent for building customer relationships
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Energy, initiative and a hands-on approach
Menswear experience is highly regarded, but a strong retail leader with the right attitude will stand out.
