Qualifications

You will represent leading global cosmetic and fragrance brands, providing expert product knowledge and personalised service to international travellers. This role is ideal for someone who loves beauty, enjoys connecting with customers, and thrives in a diverse, fast‐paced, sales‐driven environment.
Key responsibilities
Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised beauty consultations
Promote benefits of products to generate sales and achieve set KPI's
Provide expert product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance
Maintain high standards of visual presentation and stock levels
About you
Proven retail/sales experience in beauty, fragrance or cosmetics
Excellent communication skills and vibrant personality
Demonstrated passion for beauty, fragrance and skincare products
RSA certification and ability to speak a second language (desirable but not essential)
