This means realistic KPIs, genuine flexibility, and an environment focused on quality care, not numbers.You'll have autonomy over your diary, flexibility across community, clinic and work-from-home options, and strong supervision to support your growth every step of the way.The RoleYou'll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:Neurological conditionsAutism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)Psychosocial disabilityThis is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.
You'll:Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plansBuild long-term relationships and see real progressWork closely with a supportive multidisciplinary teamOur Graduate ProgramWe believe graduates thrive with visible, structured and consistent support.You'll receive:A graduate-specific induction week (NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)1:1 discipline-specific supervision6 months of structured induction,
