We're seeking an experienced Qualified Rope Access Glazier to join our growing team.
This role is suited to a motivated technician who takes pride in their work, values safety above all else, communicates effectively, and wants to be part of a company building a reputation for delivering quality outcomes on some of the region's most challenging façade remediation projects.

What You'll Be Doing
Performing rope access glazing and façade remediation works on high-rise commercial and residential buildings.
Replacing glass, carrying out glazing repairs, and completing façade defect rectifications.
Conducting detailed façade and glazing inspections.
Diagnosing defects and developing practical remediation solutions.
Measuring, fitting, and installing glazing systems to specification.
Preparing and completing inspection reports and project documentation.
Working with project managers and clients to achieve quality outcomes.
Maintaining rope access equipment, tools, and safety systems.
Contributing to a strong safety culture and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Essential Requirements
Current IRATA certification (Level 1, 2 or 3).
Demonstrated commercial rope access experience.
Proven glazing experience.
Experience in façade remediation and defect rectification highly regarded.
Current Construction White Card.
Current Driver's Licence.
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
Comfortable working at heights in challenging environments.
Full Australian working rights.
References Required
