You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the dealership while providing a skilled experience for customers and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts payable processing and creditor reconciliationsDebtor account management and follow-up of outstanding accountsBanking,



receipting and daily bank reconciliationsVehicle deal processing and sales administrationProcessing vehicle payouts and manufacturer documentationSwitchboard operation and customer receptionGeneral administration, filing and correspondenceMail processing and office support activitiesAssisting with cashflow reporting and account reconciliationsSupporting dealership departments as requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous accounts and/or administration experienceStrong data entry and computer skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time management skillsA professional phone manner and customer service approachThe ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesGood communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in bookkeeping, accounts payable or dealership administration will be highly regardedWhat's on Offer?
