With three state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Geelong, our team proudly and proudly creates thousands of metres of some of Australia's finest and highest quality carpets on the market.The RoleWe have multiple full-time, permanent opportunities available for enthusiastic individuals to join our carpet finishing operation at our South Geelong site as Machine Operators.
Positions are available on both Day Shift (7:00am-3:00pm) and Afternoon Shift (3:00pm-11:00pm), Monday to Friday.
These roles offer stable hours, paid lunch breaks, and regular RDOs, providing a great work-life balance.Your primary responsibility will be operating machinery within our carpet finishing operation to ensure products are processed safely,



efficiently and to quality standards.
You will assist with a variety of finishing line duties, including product handling, packing, rework, quality inspections, and the safe movement of materials and finished goods throughout the production area.RequirementsPrevious experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong commitment to workplace safetyGood physical stamina and ability to undertake manual handlingBasic computer skillsStrong attention to detail, with a proactive and team-focused attitudeExperience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)Mechanical aptitude or knowledge (advantageous)Valid LF Forklift Licence (advantageous)On-the-job training and support will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
