Kinetic IT is seeking a Service Desk Technician in Melbourne to be the first point of contact for users seeking IT support.
You will troubleshoot a variety of technology challenges, resolve incidents, and maintain high service standards across our customer environments.The role operates on a standard Monday–Friday roster with a 4 days on/4 days off shift rotation for up to two one-month periods annually to support operations.
Government security clearance is preferred or able to be obtained.
