We are looking for a highly-motivated and polished individual to join on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with the opportunity for extension, to cover a maternity leave backfill.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work among the highest-performers at Ords Minnett.What You'll Be DoingSupporting Advisers with client relationship management and portfolio administrationManaging client enquiries via phone and emailPreparing client meeting packs, portfolio reports, and market researchAssisting with trade execution, settlements, and cash management activitiesMaintaining accurate client records and documentationLiaising with accountants, share registries,



and internal stakeholdersAbout YouStrong client service and relationship management skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational abilityConfident communicator with strong written and verbal skillsAble to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookPrevious experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, skilled services, or a client-facing administration role is highly regardedWhat We're Looking ForTertiary qualifications in Finance/Commerce or a related disciplineA strong interest in investment markets and wealth managementA proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiencesA team player who can solve complex problems independentlyOrd Minnett offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and reputable firm.
