We are looking for a legal assistant with at least 12 months experience, to join our tightly knit team.
This role requires a candidate who can thrive in a busy practice, be organised and self-motivated with a high attention to detail and a positive attitude.
The role will be ideal for someone who is an adaptable problem solver and enjoys working in a team environment.
This role is suitable to a person who can provide day to day administration and the undertake other team tasks individually from time to time.Key responsibilitiesDiary ManagementAssisting with monthly billing and client reportsAnswering phone calls and assisting with enquiriesLiaising with internal and external stakeholdersDatabase updatingPerforming administrative services, including; typing, drafting letters, formatting documents, filing and archivingCreation of new matters and client detailsGeneral administrative support to solicitorsAbout youThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication and management and organisational skills.
You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative,
