Darling Downs Health is seeking a Mental Health Worker to support young people facing mental health challenges across the Darling Downs region.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that promotes recovery, resilience and well-being for individuals, families and communities.You will deliver evidence-informed interventions, build partnerships with young people and their families, and use clinical expertise to assess needs, plan care and monitor progress.
