The Australian Taxation Office is seeking highly motivated Prosecutors to join our Fraud and Criminal Behaviours (FCB) area to appear in court on behalf of the Commissioner.
We prosecute offences to uphold the integrity of the tax and super systems.We seek APS 5 Prosecutions Officers to undertake moderately complex prosecutions, travel as needed, and review work within the group.
A current Australian driver's licence is essential; roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in
