About the role:As the Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate submission for all Warranty Claims across the five branches that make up the greater Ballarat / Melbourne Tractors group of Construction and Agricultural machinery dealerships.
You will be working closely with our Service Managers and Service Advisors on a daily basis to ensure this important role delivers on the customer satisfaction levels that the group seeks to provide to all of its customers.
Reporting to the General Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Reviewing and processing warranty claims in accordance with established policies, procedures,



and manufacturer guidelinesWorking closely with the Service team to validate claims and coordinate warranty-related activitiesMonitoring claim progress and proactively communicating updates to customers and stakeholdersPreparing and processing invoices for completed work ordersMaintaining accurate records and ensuring warranty claims, documentation, and contracts are correctly registered within company systemsOur customers are our top priority, and you will be instrumental in delivering the quality service and support they deserve.Preferred skills and experience:Detail-oriented and highly organised with a talent for multi-taskingA great problem solver, thriving under pressureA team player who values collaboration and positivityExperienced in the operations of a busy dealership and workshop Highly computer literate and a quick learner - DMS experience preferredOn offer:Full time, permanent roleCompetitive salary with monthly bonus systemWork from our brand current state of the art Ballarat premisesSupportive, friendly team and work environmentBallarat Tractors believes that our employees are our greatest asset!
