What You’ll Do




Lead and support day-to-day catering operations across a broad portfolio of Queensland's Aged Care, Retirement Living and Education sites.
Coach, mentor, and inspire site managers, chefs, and kitchen teams, championing a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Spend regular time in office, maintaining active visibility, listening to residents, and building robust, transparent client partnerships.
Manage operational budgets, food costs, and resources effectively to drive robust commercial and quality outcomes.
Ensure strict compliance to food safety standards, strengthened Aged Care standards, nutritional guidelines, and workplace health and safety compliance.
