Industrial Pumps are seeking a driven Business Development Manager who knows how to find opportunities, open doors and turn prospects into customers.

This is a genuine business development role, with focus on sales and customer development. We're looking for someone who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships and winning new business rather than sitting behind a desk.

What you'll be doing
Identifying and winning new customers across industrial and commercial markets.
Proactively prospecting, making contact with decision-makers and developing new prospects.
Building relationships through customer visits, meetings, networking and consistent follow-up.
Developing a sales pipeline and converting opportunities into profitable sales.
Growing customer accounts and building long-term relationships that generate repeat business.
Developing our presence across Brisbane, regional Queensland and selected Northern NSW markets.

Who we're looking for

We're open to candidates from a range of related industries, including industrial supplies, engineering components,



hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical equipment, manufacturing supplies and other industrial B2B environments.

You don't need to be a pump expert. You do need to know how to open doors.

We're interested in people who can demonstrate that they know how to:
Find and approach new customers.
Build relationships with key decision-makers.
Turn prospects into paying customers.
Develop accounts and generate repeat business.
Take ownership of their territory and deliver results.

You'll be proactive, persistent, commercially minded and comfortable creating prospects.
