This practice, caters to its community and patients with a wide array of onsite services.In this role you conduct a range of clinical duties including health assessments and immunisations, assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment and managing treatment room staff performance.Key responsibilitiesA Treatment Room Team Leader manages the provision of services within a Medical Centre's treatment room and assists Health Care ProfessionalsThey conduct a range of clinical duties with direction from treating HCPs including; pathology collection, vaccinations, monitoring of ECG, wound dressings, change of linen, clean and sterilise equipmentThe Treatment Room Team Leader will build relationships to create patient ease prior to procedures or treatmentsThey Triage patients and assist HCPs in proceduresThe Treatment Room Team Leader will assist PM with rostering, recruitment and managing treatment room staff performance.They Liaise with PM and Treatment Room employees to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
