The role
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to build awareness of Digitly with senior decision-makers and turn that attention into conversations.
You'll own the execution of our marketing across content, campaigns, digital channels and events, with a clear focus on generating executive AI briefing bookings and qualified pipeline.
This is a hands-on role in a growing business.
You'll have real ownership, direct access to leadership and room to shape how Digitly shows up in a fast-moving market.
What you'll do
Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid, web and events) targeting business owners, C-suite and digital and technology leaders
Create clear, credible content that explains complex AI topics in plain business language: thought leadership, case studies, use-case stories, website copy and sales collateral
Drive demand for our executive AI briefing and track performance from first touch to booked meeting
Manage our website, email marketing and marketing automation, including landing pages, CTAs and conversion improvements
Work closely with sales and leadership to align messaging, support outreach and follow up on leads
Collaborate day to day with our team in India, acting as the main point of contact to keep priorities, content and campaigns aligned across time zones
Plan and coordinate webinars,



round-tables and industry events
Monitor campaign performance, report on results and use data to keep improving
Explore how AI tools and agents can make our own marketing faster and smarter, and put them to work
About you
Essential
2-4 years experience in a marketing role, ideally B2B, technology, consulting or professional services
Robust writing skills, with the ability to turn technical concepts into compelling, jargon-free messaging
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, a CRM or marketing automation platform (e.g. HubSpot) and web analytics
Comfortable owning campaigns end to end, from idea through to launch and reportingA data-informed mindset: you care about leads, pipeline and ROI, not just clicks
Able to understand and communicate in Gujarati (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with our India-based team
Comfortable working across time zones and cultures, with clear, proactive communication
Organised, proactive and happy to work in a small, fast-paced team
Nice to have
Experience marketing AI, SaaS, cloud or digital transformation services
Experience selling to or engaging senior and executive audiences
Event or webinar delivery experience
Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma) or website experience (e.g. Framer, WordPress)
Genuine curiosity about AI and how its changing the way businesses operate
