The Reservation Administrator is responsible for ensuring a seamless, exceptional guest experience each time.
The role is responsible for the effective and productive administration of the end-to-end reservation process to achieve results.
Building effective relationships with both external stakeholders and internal stakeholders to promote exceptional experiences, showcase the range of product offerings across the division and maximize booking opportunities for the division.Your responsibilities may include but not limited to:Administration of end-to-end reservations processResponding promptly and provide information to customer enquiriesConfirmation, management, processing and cancellation of bookingsRegular reportingLiaising with other tourism organisationsProcessing payments Coordinating servicesCollect and document customer feedbackAbout you You are an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a strong focus on customer service and sales, ready to make a splash in our team!
