We are looking for a new sales representative to run our 3PL to further expand based in Dandenong South, helping grow our business sales places.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Develop new B2B customers including B2B Customers
Identify and pursue recent sales opportunities to grow the customer base
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Internal Collaboration




Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment
Provide customer insights to support business growth
About you
Previous experience in B2B sales
Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience is required
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
Ability to develop new customers and maintain long-term relationships
Must hold valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa
