About the role We are looking for a skilled and motivated Baker to join our team in Melrose Park.
You will prepare and bake a variety of bakery products while maintaining consistent quality and efficient daily production.
This is a full time position, and we are looking for 2-3 years of experience.
What you'll do Inspect bakery equipment and work areas for hygiene and safetyCheck the quality and freshness of baking ingredientsMeasure and mix ingredients according to recipesKnead and prepare dough for fermentation and bakingDivide, mould and shape dough for bakery productsPrepare pastry mixtures, fillings and other ingredientsOperate dough mixers, rollers and shaping machineryMonitor oven temperatures and adjust baking timesCoordinate baking,
