This is a full time, ongoing position based in Jugiong, NSW.
The role requires a high level of English proficiency, both spoken and written, so you can communicate effectively with staff, suppliers and customers.
What you'll do Set up tables and arrange seating for customersTake food and beverage orders from customersProvide recommendations and suggestions on menu itemsClear tables and keep the dining area clean and presentableHandle customer enquiries and resolve issues or complaintsTake payment from customersStock and replenish supplies and inventory as neededFollow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, hygienic work environmentServe food and beverages in our hotel and dining venue About you Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Waiter or Food and Beverage Attendant in a dining or similar environmentStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environmentKnowledge of food and beverage service standards and proceduresProfessional presentation and attention to detailAbility to handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectivelyUnderstanding of hygiene and workplace health and safety standardsHigh level of spoken and written English Qualifications AQF Certificate II or III in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Service, or at least one year of relevant experience in place of formal qualificationsAdditional on-the-job training or relevant certifications (such as RSA) may be required How to apply Apply using the form on this page.
