We’re growing and are looking for a Graduate Talent Partner to join the team and build a career in recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
The Role
This is an entry-level role working closely with our Talent Partners across live recruitment assignments.
You’ll learn how to:
source and engage candidates
conduct candidate screening
manage candidate pipelines
support interview and offer processes
maintain accurate recruitment systems
support client delivery
build knowledge of our specialist markets
As your experience grows, you’ll take on more ownership of candidates and roles.
What We’re Looking For
Recruitment experience is not required.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Confident speaking with people
Organised and reliable
Curious and willing to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
Commercially minded
Valuable with technology
Open to feedback and coaching
Driven and ambitious
Challenges the status quo
A degree or tertiary qualification is welcome but not essential.
